How long will the repair take?
Our current turnaround is 4-5 business days from when we receive the drone and your confirmation to go ahead with repair. You will be notified before you send the drone if we are experiencing longer turnaround times.
Who pays for the shipping?
It is the customer’s responsibility to get the drone to us. The shipping cost for the return trip is already included in the repair fee, pick up is also available. We use the most effective means of getting your drone back to you safely. Express shipping is available for an extra fee.
What happens if you cannot repair my drone?
In the rare event our service technicians are unable to repair your drone or it is uneconomical to proceed with the repair, the drone will be returned free of charge with a repair report.
Does my drone repair come with a warranty?
We provide a 30 day warranty on repairs and replacement parts.
How can I checkup on the status of my repair?
We keep you updated through out the process via phone or email.
What do I need to send with my drone?
Please use the original box if possible including the Drone & Transmitter.
What is the first step to get my drone repaired?
Fill out our Service Request form and one of our service technicians will contact you, or give us a call to organise a drop off.
How much does this service cost?
Please select the model of your drone from the Repair drop down menu to check the cost. Pricing is fixed for each repair, plus parts.
How do I pay for my invoice?
Once the repair has been completed, you will receive an Invoice with payment options for PayPal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer or Cash on pickup.
